Ah, the Super Bowl. XLII, to be exact. Had the Pats one, this would have been the most momentous sporting accomplishment in a generation (at least in football). Well, they came close, except Plaxico Burress had to miraculously get better all of a sudden, after a woeful fantasy football year, and catch a game-winning reception. In any event, Russell Crowe narrated one a beautiful video montage, paying homage to the State of Perfection, the Patriots, and oh yeah, the Giants also kind of want to win. Video Editors and fans of Steven Jablonsky soundtracks (or Russell Crowe) will also dig this. The seamless video gave me chills…though, so did Plaxico’s sharp eyes in the fourth quarter. Enjoy!

Now, hear me out, readers:

The area adjacent to my house happens to be subsidized housing. Invariably, every so often garbage blows over a couple blocks and lands on our doorstep (shocker). Typically, it’s something mundane, like a Snicker’s wrapper, or an empty bag of Funyuns. Not today, though.
